Getting it set up took some brain power but after the initial connection it works great. You definitely need an SD though.

This product is very easy to set up and use.
The only thing I did not like about it was that the sb card didnt come with it.
It is great comfort to be able to check in on our teenager when im at work.
We would definitely recommend this product!
